Good free website to download patches...where?

Where can I go to download alot of different patches for free? I heard there is alot of cool patches out for your sims but just don't know where to find them. I searched google and didn't get much luck at all. No I don't want a website to that horrible nude patch(thats just disgusting to even wonder if people really download that). Thanks:cool:
