Will buy CD-Key or Sims2.com Account

I will buy an unused CD-Key or Sims2.com account from anyone. I can send money through Paypal. I am trying to register on the site but it says my key has already been used. This is my first time registering. OR could someone please get me a few files that I am looking for off the site? Just 4 characters and a house. I'm looking to put on a Married... With Children neighbourhood complete will Al, Peggy, Bud, and Kelly.

If you need to request a new serial number because it has been lost, thrown away, does not work or was not printed on the back of the Jewel Case, please send the requested information by email, fax or US Mail. Once EA have received all of the requested information, a serial number will be generated and issued to you.
