cheat for girls/boys?

Is there a cheat that makes it so a pregnant Sim has a girl or a boy guaranteed, depending on which one u choose? :confused:

save just before the pregnant sim gives birth then reload if the child is not of the gender that you want. The gender of a baby is determined at the moment of birth so reloading a save from just before will re-roll the baby's gender
