Sim Cell Phones

Under one of the categories; Wants, the description says: Buy a Cell Phone. In the descriptive box under the title when you click it, it said: To buy one, click on a Vending Kiosk, choose "Buy" and then click on the Cell Phone in the Buy dialog.

Ive been trying to figure this out for almost an hour and honestly, I have no idea what they mean by the description. I know for a fact its not in the Catalog. Im planning on looking at the Public Shops, the mall, etc... But Im not too sure it will be there... Any ideas? :confused:

I figured out what to do with the cell phone situation. I went to the Public Shoppe, Waffle whatever Shoppe and I bought a cellphone in the little blue display box. I was on the right track, but I wasnt sure if it had been discovered yet. I wasnt sure if it was a mystery or not. I probably should have tried to figure it out the way I planned before going out of my way just to post on this site :silly: So thanks for whoever looked into it or whoever bothered to answer or read it :P
