how do you get a sim into the secret society? I seemed to have misplaced my game manual and don't remember how.

They wear a secret society "blazer" ... it looks a bit like they're wearing a private school uniform. On the other hand I could be completely wrong. I don't have a Prima guide and I don't spend a lot of time scoping the cheat and walk-thrus on sites like http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/the-sims-2/ (well no time at all actually ... too tedious!) On the other hand I have seen a lot of simstudents in uniform and all the sims at the secret soc I visited were also wearing the same uniform so I guess I'll go with that theory.

The sim I took to the secret soc was a uni-townie girlfriend who moved into a private house from a dorm. Once I got play control over her I found she was in the secret soc ... she never wore a uniform ... now I am confused. :confused:

I keep befriending the kids I see wearing blazers on the community lots. When they are in the dorms or visiting my rented houses, they usually are wearing normal clothes. I haven't quite figured that out. Anyway, I have made best friends with 2 of them and am working on the 3rd. She's a little less outgoing, and everytime I call and invite her over, she'd rather play with a llama or whatever. . . :p
