Different TV Shows?

I don't think this has been asked/answered anywhere else, so I was wondering if there is a way to create different tv shows for the sims to watch or modify the current shows movie/sound. I know you can add MP3's (or at least I think you can) for the radio stations. I haven't tried anything myself yet because I don't want to ruin my game, but let me know if anyone knows how or has been successful in making these changes.

Yeah, you can. Look in the Sims 2 folder for movies. There are two sub-folders named games and broadcast. If you place avi files in those they will show up when your sims play video games or watch tv (there are quite a few subfolders in each of the main categories so your options are quite wide.)

Yes, you can do it, but the videos have to be in .AVI format, by the way, I've done the Mp3 stuff lots of times without any problem, so I can guarantee it'll work, but I've a little question, is there any way to make a new radio station? for example: Classic Music?

I said they had to be avi's ... :p

As for new radio stations ... I hate country music so I replaced it with a load of classical. I don't think the sims care what's playing :p

Well, actually... what I tried to say is creating a new radio station, not for the sims enjoyment, instead for the music I put organization :nervous: , and creating a new folder in the right place doesn't work, any ideas?

To get a new radio station you need to hack the music menu (try Pescado (http://www.variousimmers.net/vsimforum/index.php), but he might rip your lips off or just ignore you). I can't see that it matters. If you want classical mucis just put in one of the existing ones
