How do I a new residence?

Hey, looks like I'm having a problem with that, how can I make a new residence? because when I build a home at an university, no matter what I do, it keep beign a home.... (the price appears)..... so, what do I have to do? :rolleyes:

Ohhh sorry!! :(, though I've to complain, I used the search tool and it didn't give me any result, tried with words like "Dorm" "New Dorm" "Change dorm", and no responses, so I decided to post (by the way, on the title it is Dorm instead of Residence....) but after viewing a few posts later I figured out how to do it, anyway, thanx!

Well since the game calls them dorms and not residences ... :rolleyes: ... I figured it was ok to go with the "when in Rome ..." aphorism. :)

Also that thread I quoted highlights the word 'dorm' which is a handy feature of the board's search facility. It was found using dorm as the search term. :p
