HOUSE CONTEST
The House contest is ending at Midnight January 1 (Central Standard Time). You'll have to hurry to get your houses into the competition for a 3-month subscription to Wood for Sims (generously provided by Northern Kat). Please check the rules (http://www.livin-it-up.net/contest/rules.html), since there are some restrictions.

Blue Jeans decided to go wild about plaid! She created a beautiful blue plaid study set, with walls and floors to match. Ten object pieces in all! Your Simmie kids will love doing homework in this cozy room!
Ohmikeghod created the most beautiful stained glass window and door sets that you have ever seen! With these gorgeous windows you don't even need curtains!
Mike also was busy weaving ten new beautiful rugs. Four more rugs from Pegalu too! You know those truckin' babes..? Cravze has created paintings and rugs with three of them. You're gonna drool over these! A variety of paintings by Pendragon as well.
Pegalu brings us yet more lighting fixtures! Simmie's love a well lit room! We love having them! And Pegalu seems to love making them.
You didn't think we'd forget the walls did you? Never! Walls from NorthernKat, beautiful as always, she's outdone herself with a few of these. BlueJeans has sent us a few of her own as well. What better way to add that perfect touch to your Sim's house than with that perfect wall covering?
We'd like to send a huge welcome to our newest creator here at Livin-It-Up. Froggluver comes to us only recently having learned to create objects and it seems he's well on his way to some very great things.
JavaMama does another living room set for us in a warm baby blue. It has curtains to match and it co-ordinates beautifully with BJ's set! You can mix and match with BJ's set for a lovely room group!!!!
To help your Simmie ladies toast in the New Year..... Lachelle has five new glittery dresses for that special celebration. Even a red one that has a garter just below the sexy mini hemline! Any Sim lady would just die to be the envy of the New Years Eve party in one of these classic dresses in a variety of designs.
