Sunrise over Tungelsta

I've taken some pictures myself, but mosty animals. But since many of you don't have a clue what a freezing cold decembermorning here is I give this to you. This is not the best photo I've taken, but you can see the area in the background where we live. It's outside the church and around 8 am dec 13 1989.

Yes sam, but i'm not that far from the northern polarcircle. In summertime the sun almost not goes down at all. I'ts up about 3.30 am and settles about 11 pm ;) above the polarcircle you have the midnightsun - sun doesn't settle at all in the summer.

Thanks Tess. it isn't that good at all, not sharp enough but I was freezing my butt off and was shivering, but I thought it would be fun to see how it actually can look up here in my corner of the world. :classic:

Aaaahhhh.. I know Tess. Hire "Toes" as a "powderer". All chalk he collects must start covering the streets and get it to look as snow... ;)
