Fridge Glitch

Okay, I haven't seen this post anywhere, but if I am wrong, please forgive me.

I have noticed that when my Sims call or go on the computer to order groceries, they can't get them. A box comes up and says like :

Food Cost: $0
Delivery Cost: $50

Faded Unclickable Check Mark and "Cancel"

SAME THING AT GROCERY STORE!!!!!
Is there a patch or a way to fix this besides selling and reselling the fridge?

Actually it's okay, you need to take your mouse over the little bar in the screen and move it towards the top. You can choose how much you want to buy in groceries then. The bar I'm talking about looks like the little things that float about their head when they are learning stuff...just blanking on what in the world they are called right now...
