Help with Holiday Edition

HI i am new here and i need some help. I was trying to install the Sims 2 holiday. When i put the first disk in then a little box pops up then it says insert disk 1, i press okay and it doesnt work. Can someone please give help on how to install the Sims 2 holiday.

Do you have 2 CD drives? If so, try putting the disc in your other drive and click OK. I too have this problem when installing games and is indeed very annoying.
