download problems

during download i get an error message cannot transfer sound files etc. press retry files still does same thing had it on a different computer before and had no problems any help greatly appreciated

Hmmm ... going to need a lot more information.

Can you not download them or just not put them in the game? If you can't download them I doubt it's a sims 2 problem.

Can you download other things? Are you downloading files your computer can't read (for example, really old ones)?

Sound files aren't a usual download for sims 2 though I know you can do it. I assume since you've done this before you know what folder to put them in ...

I think you need to be more specific.
