Hehe.. I don't think my looong bunny wabbit ears would fit in either a balloon nor a jet... Fyi. I had the nickname Nina Kanina in the chat - and as kanin means rabbit and I have rabbits - what were more easy than to take that into my ways? especially if you'd eer seen a bunny baby trying to hop in the beginning and stumbles on the ears. :D

712 (and yes it had to be that big) angry faces at Maplestory's new way to annoy the maple community: pop-in/ pop-out smegas, aka SPAM for the paying maple community to make pointless annoying messages to the whole server. Check out the gallery to see what I mean: http://forums.worldsims.org/gallery/browseimages.php?c=10
It pops in at super speed, instantly forcing you to look up to the top of the screen, causing you to get distracted from what you're doing, and causing you to lose concentration for long enough that you either die, or fall off the jump quest (both happened to me). VERY annoying when you're at the top of the jump quest, or when you're at 94% EXP and about to level up, but when you die you lose around 6% (aka an hour of fighting with a cleric) so a waste of your fighting time.

No wonder the stupid ship wouldn't move when I chucked it over board with that big chain attached to it ... where was I? Oh yeah, looking for me cutlass ... no you silly pirate, that's a lamb cutlet, the worst thing you'll manage to do to our boarders with that, is to get mutton grease on their shirts and judging by the looks of that wild-eyed one in the van, you'd be a-wishing you'd stayed below with Ginger Tom, the ship's cat, instead of fiddling about aloft in the rigging with the cap'n's dinner ... and will someone please tell that laughing maniac, Roger, to come down off the mizzen mast. Useless factette number 612: The man whose name is attached to that fabulous bit of science lab kit: The Liebig Condenser, was Professor Justus von Liebig. And the useless factoid? He also invented beef extract and founded the company that became Oxo (kind a catchier name for concentrated beef bouillon than the Liebig Extract of Meat Company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liebig_Extract_of_Meat_Company)).
So, I give you a mad German scientist, without whom we would not have had Oxo cubes, Linda Bellingham or corned beef ....

595 was the year that saw the first mention of the state of Karantania. Karantania was apparently in a right old mess and on May 95th 595 (an oddly palindromic date) someone noticed it and stood stock still in the middle of the town square and waved his arms at the sky, pantomined tearing out his hair and generally threw a right wobbly at the disgusting mess. Luckily Pope Pompous XVI sent Cardinal Number to the messy principality with a big broom and large jar of Cillit Bang. The dopey old cleric, however, got lost in the Balkans after stopping overnight in a Bulgar bogega and foolishly falling prey to an over-imbibage of the local brew. Rashly, he consumed that three full carafes with his supper and the following morning found him unable to differentiate between his cubital articular extremity and his fundamental cushions of the arsey variety.

What is fascinating about the number 593 is that the number nine is the cube of the number 3.
3 and 9 are two of the three numbers and 2 + 3 = 5 ... which spookily enough is the other digit in the number 593.
Of course none of that is relevant when you consider this utterly amazing bit of numerical nuttiness.
593 is the sum of 9 squared + 2 to ninth power
And that is what we mathematicianally minded moguls call a Leyland Number (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leyland_number), which as everyone knows, are indispensible in calculating the fermentation times of Bulgarian country wines and of course in enumerating the minimun number of moves needed to effect a checkmate and a solved Rubik's cube without using a pawn or getting all the yellows on the same side before all the oranges. are together.

592 shivers, brrrr it's cold. Apparently, tomorrow there may be snow in my area. In one way I hope so because I love the snow - it's so pretty. In another way I hope not because I'm cold already. Still, it might kill off some of the bugs that are going around here. It's 7 weeks now since I started with a virus and still no sign of it improving. My dr wants to check if I'm anaemic again which might partly explain why I'm so tired and achy but of course that involves being prodded with a needle so I'll stick with the virus theory for now.
