I don't have Uni yet, but try going into Control Panel>Add+Remove Programs, and manually install it there. Or type something like setup.exe in the Run box, which can be found in your Start Panel, if you have windows, which it seems you do. (If setup.exe is not correct, please correct me.;))

LOL Sasu. University is an expansion pack for The Sims 2. University cannot be installed unless you already have The Sims 2 (the core game) already installed ....

Let's be totally clear with this because I've been noticing that this is a problem.

1) In order to run any of the Expansion Packs, one must 1st purchase the base game, The Sims 2. Right now, you can buy it in a Holiday Edition that is bundled with all the Holiday Items, including Protate Santa. ;)

2) You cannot just borrow the disks from a friend, install them on your computer, and then give them back to the friend. The game requires that you have the latest disk in the drive in order to run properly. A No CD Hack is Piracy and will screw up your game, and discussing them here on World Sims is not allowed.

For example, I have all EP's installed. I keep the Nightlife Disk one in my CD Rom, ready to go. (And if anyone moves it and then does not put it back when they are done, they must suffer Momma's wrath!) The other Disks are all on a shelf, collecting dust. Say my Sister-In-Law decided that she wanted to try the game. I probably wouldn't need the disks, unless I had to do a reinstall or something. But, if I loaned them to my Sis-In-law, they probably wouldn't work right on her computer because I have registered them. And, I would be guilty of piracy and copywrite infringement and all those other bad, evil things.

Sasu darling. Please read the advice posted by KristalRose a couple of message above.

If you are using "borrowed" discs then they cost you nothing. You get what you pay for and if you ain't paid then you must be guilty of theft.
