You mean for your wrongly turned on simmies? No. I don't believe so.
However, there IS an aspiration reward that I think allows you to change your turn ons/offs. I forget what it is called.

You can try using the ReNuYuSenso Orb which is an aspiration reward item. This can change the turn ons/offs similar to the port-a-chug stuff.
Just make sure that your Sim is in Platinum (preferably) or at least in gold, otherwise he might end up with "Grilled Cheese" aspiration. (I've read that this is very humorous, but IMHO it's not something I would want to have happen to *my* Sims.)

You can also use SimsPE if you have the latest version installed to change their turn ons/turn offs.
I have noticed that after they have an age transition or someother life event, they get more of the Renew-Port-A-Chug or whatever it's called. I have a teen I set up to be a certain way. When I sent her to college, I noticed she was carrying the drink around. A boy in college liked her that she was compatable with in every other way, just no chemistry, so I used it to make her be turned on by him. :) Still only have one lightning bolt, but no couple is perfect.

The grilled cheese thing is very funny ... tho' it is a little pointless. Here's how it works. You have a sim whose wants are mostly unfillable or very low value (eg a pleasure sim and you want to get him working ;) --- whell ya need to change his aspiration but he never gets into gold to safely use the re-nu-u-orb. what to do??
Easy just get him to use it anyway. It will almsot certainly make him a grilled cheese freak whose only wants are to talk about grilled cheese, eat it, make it, serve it etc. In less than a sim hour almost any sim can be got from aspiration failure red to gold just by endlessly droning on about cheese. It's a harmless activity (unless you let the sim actually eat all the cheese ;) ) and your sim's companions won't hold the cheesey conversation against him. As soon as he's gold stick his head back in the orb and get him on track with a sensible aspiration. Easy-Peasy Lemon-Sqeezy :p )

Hmmm. Nope, didn't happen with my sims.
Perhaps they are just awkward. Like me!

I thought you could buy the Renu potion thing from the gypsy matchmaker.

Nay, lassie. The gypsy just gives Renu to Sims that have already been created BEFORE NL installation. You can buy the Love Potion from her, and Vamp D (or whatever it's called).

A glitch I've noticed in my game is that occasionally my sims who were born in the game get Renu-U-Whatsit when they become teenagers, which of course they're not supposed to have.
It seems to be random. Some get it, some don't.
But if you really want to use it, you can take it from someone else's inventory, if they live in the same house.
Otherwise, just use the cement mixer thingy.

Maybe that's what it is and I didn't pay that close attention, SBW. I just know that I'll set an born-in-game sim up a certain way, and then later on, like in UNI, I'll notice they have have "potion" on them.
