the detective mission ? help

im on the mission with the detective its called "mission for the mann" and its my only mission i have to complete but i cant get past the bullet that says "follow the directions on the bulletin board". i went to the board and read the message about searching in the bushes by the museum and i did that and i found a note that said something about the cementary so i went there and talked to like some ghost....now what do i do? please help if you can. thanks much! :D

you have to press A on a tombstone to search it. if i remember right, it is in the second couple of graves.

and the what means the other scrap of paper? To have this note would be another feather in his hat?????
