What makes a rich sim?

Hey guys, im trying to put another storyline twist in my game but first im just curious to know what makes a rich sim rich? Is it the large amount of money, the house they live in, the job, or a combination of the three? how much money/house price, etc :P

Also if you have a family member, say a son, that lives in the same household as the sim designated as "the rich sim," does that make him rich?

I'm not utterly sure but I think it's just a sim with more than 50 thousand. A sim's individual worth is a fraction of his family's worth (including children and babies! ... very egalitarian ;) )

So if you have a household of 4 that is worth 201,000 then you have 4 rich sims. A family of 5 worth 249,000 are not all rich ... cos each of them is worth less than 50K. Rich townies are like hens teeth unless you have Nightlife and go hunting for Downtownies :rolleyes: ... tho be warned that there be vampyres there ... :eek:
