a ghost playing my game?

Okay, this one is bizarre...

I'm sure we all know about how the game ships with Pascal Curious of Strangetown doomed to be abducted by aliens the first time he stargazes through a telescope. I personally have never played the Maxis-made Strangetown families... I only have one family I play in Strangetown, and just use the other families as a friend pool.

Well, the other night while I was playing my Strangetown family, Pascal appeared on my lot. One of my Sims in this family is friends with Pascal, so it's not unusual for him to make an appearance. But this time, he waddled across the lot, as pregnant as can be! I've never even played him to get him abducted, so how could he suddenly be in his third trimester?!

I'm starting to wonder if my chihuahua plays the game when I'm away...

I've had this happen to, though I had never played the Curious brothers before then either. Mind you I didn't really pay much attention to Pascal before I noticed he was pregnant so whether he was like that beforehand I'll never know. I did play them after that though, and Vidcund was abducted first try so it may it's him that's doomed to be abducted frist time round and Pascal is already pregnant.

Hmm, not sure about that, but I know for sure that Pascal was not pregnant before I saw him the other night. He is friends with one of my Sims so I have had him over before.

That is really, really weird. I wonder if Strangetown's different Maxis Story-lines are set up in such a way that after so many hours of playtime, even if you are not playing their family, the storylines still play themselves out? Then again, it is the Curious Brothers we're talking about. LOL

Then again, I think I'd keep a closer eye on the little doggy. Maybe bribe him with Taco Bell to lay off your game. ;)

Nope. You have to play the lot. I got both him and Vidcund pregnant. They both had boys who weren't green. So disappointing.

BTW, Vidcund looks way better with the long ponytail and no glasses. And a different outfit.

Just call me the makeover queen. ;)
