Mystery Pregnancy

I had Dagmar and her daughter living together and it worked out fine. But the house they lkved in was getting too small, so Dagmar decided, that Charlotte should live with her father. Because a child can´t just leave home without the parent, I had to move them both into the fathers house. No problem. Then after 5 minutes, Dagmar was suddenly pregnant again! What the ?
Is is because I haven´t played the father since the daughter was born? Has anyone experienced the same?

Wow!! Suddenly pregnant? Do you mean that you moved Dagmar into dad's house and heard the chimes, or did you move her and her belly popped up?

Have you checked you downloads for any hacks that could cause this? You might try to open any downloaded lots and such with the clean installer and see if something has piggy-bakced its way into your game without your knowledge. I know of a few hacks that could do that, "Risky Woo Hoo" comes to mind.

I have heard of something like that before. Did she move out of that house while she was pregnant?

I've heard about sims moving out of one house while they were pregnant, then after having the baby moving back in and suddenly they are pregnant again. It's like the game remembers them be pregnant when they left that house and thinks nothing has changed.

She wasn´t pregnant at all, in fact she hadn´t had whohoo for quite a while.
I solved it, though. Originally I wanted to move in Charlotte in with her father, and Dagmar had to move with her. Then I wanted to move Dagmar back alone. Nice theory? that´s when she became pregnant. I think it´s because that I haven´t played the father sims, since Dagmar got pregnant with their daughter Charlotte. Instead I went into their lot, packed everything in the back pack option and moved them to a neutral home. Voila! It worked, she´s not pregnant.
