Custom content

Hey,

I have been having problems with the 'custom content browser' on the sims2, when I click the icon in game it tells me that it needs to connect to sims2.com, I click OK but then it tells me I have no internet connection but I do.

Is this a common problem? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You have a firewall that is preventing the site from accessing your computer (which it needs to do if you want to upload things to the exchange.)

It is a *very* common problem, especially now that most people have not only the firewall from their Norton or McAfee, but also with their browser as well as their WindowsXP SP2.

How some there are only about 10 things for each thing on the custom content, it says thousnads... :confused:

are you looking at the next page? also you can set up the browser so that it will show, 10, 20, or even 50 items a page, but you still have to go to the next page.
