Hi there. Sorry you you can't find the help you need. The console versions of the game are all a bit different so you really need to wait for someone who knows the xbox version to come along and offer some help ... it'll happen. Are you sure that sims can have babies in the xbox version?

I had a look around and sorry but you cant have kids in the Xbox version(probaly all console versions)You can woohoo but you cant get pregnant.
