The show needs no explanation, as it's kind hard to explain a show with no plot anyhow. I think you'll be pleasantly surpised.

Instructions: Just click the link, scroll down 2/3 of the way, and click on Ep. 1 by "Exqcme". For your convenience, I'm including the link to that episode here:

After that, you're gonna have to learn how to use the site on your own. ;)

Beware though, each episode is 24 minutes long. Be advised if you're on dial-up or have constant disconnects. The stream gets cut off and you have to restart the entire episode should you disconnect for whatever reason.

Also, episodes 5 and 6 have no subs on youtube that I know of. You're gonna have to go look for a torrent if you're really into the series, I guess.

24 minutes long each episode!? Oi! I noticed that time prediction and decided I had to postpone it for a few days. Especially as my connection was giving me trouble. Tomorrow I'm off, though, so I'll take a look-see.

I guess just loading the intro alone would take some dial up users half an hour... I'll post some pictures if that'll help give you guys a better understanding of why this anime is worth it.

It's more of an acquired taste, really. It takes a lot to understand the series.
