Where can I find free objects for download?

I'm not sure which section this question goes in but... where can I find free object downloads? It seems like just about every site I find charges, and the very few free items they offer aren't exactly good/useful. Anyone know where I can get some? I remember finding a ton for The original Sims, but now everyone is charging fees. Please help, thanks!

We have a large thread going which has tons of downloads (mostly free, although many sites also have "donation" items and even the pay sites have "free" sections.)

Do be careful however. Downloading can be addicting. (I just checked my downloads folder and it's up to 4.14gb. I'm definitely addicted to downloading! Good thing it's harmless except for increasing the time it takes to load the game. :rolleyes:)
