Downloading Problems

Okay I just downloaded TheSims2 Holiday Edition to my pc and i want to download things for it but I dont have a downloads folder:confused: ? I just want to know can i just make a download folder and it will work or i have to do something else to download things...??

Often times people miss their downloads folder because it is not in the program files area of your comp. The standard location for the DL folder is found at My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2. If it's not there I don't know what to tell you. As of yet I don't know how to create a downloads folder. I'll try to get back to you on that. :)

Edit: I just did some research on this. If you don't have a Downloads folder in My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 you can make one by creating a folder in that folder named Downloads (it is very important that you spell it correctly and have a capital D or it won't work). Hope this works!
