What happens when there's a brown / black-out. Perhaps wanting to give your eyes a rest from the computer - and simply want to share your joy about the Sims with the rest of your household ?

Ever considerd developing a Sims version of "Monopoly" which you can buy certain lots of simtown for your own amusement and purpose ? - What would happen if a deck of the "Sims Tarot" shows up at a game store to fit along side the mock character astrology - to keep up with the inner and outer conflict of your plastic people's lives ?

Perhaps more disturbing game play.... such as the Sim Household gets really messed up crank calls, or disturbing pieces of mail arrive. The idea of a simple "love letter" could quickly escalate to "blackmail" to keep one's job and family together.

Can actual sim characters have the power to ruin others ?

I wonder what's possible in Sim World, as new booster packs are developed for gameplay. Even crazier - is if the Sims would end up packaging Figurine dolls / action figures right next to Dungeons & dragons ???

who knows...

OMG!! this is my idea! i've started this project like last year. i'm making my own boardgame version since i can't play sims on pc or gamecube all the time. (my pc doesn't play my sims game and gamecube isn't mine). anyways, i mail order a lot of catalogs, and instead of throwing them away when i don't want them anymore, i cut some of the pics out so i can put them on index cards. i do the same with magazines and sunday newspaper (salespapers) lol!

It's been a while... since I been here on this forum. ( I was the original submitter for this article, and was very interested in wanting to give SIMS 2 a try - but wanted to wait until enough MAC USERS said that the expansion packs had their bugs fixed and corrected before giving it a try.)

Yes, I thought it would be nice to come up with a Board Game - but that takes a lot of research and then finding others, who would test this game out in order to figure out what the Board Game needed... which could take months... time I wasn't willing to commit to.

a.) You need people to comment and say - this is a interesting idea.
b.) Then possibly share your ideas with more than one person.
c.) ... if your very lucky, something would work and mesh together.
d.) Keeping a journal, or field notes is helpful.

Plans have changed... and felt that If I was going to confidently take a step in that direction, my skill level as a sketch artist / 2d animator needs to be improved... and I can produce and upload some short pieces on youtube.

The Sims 2 - gave me that chance.
(( Discovered what the new Flat Screen g5 computer can do + iWork / iLife - 08 ))

There's material in The Sims 2 - than is quite interesting, and it intergrates much more between characters, and objects in the house. It's been six months - since getting this DVD since March 2008, and decided to purchase University and Nightlife, last week and waiting for FedEx / UPS to deliver.

If Walt Disney Company - as said on the news, is going to aquire EA / Aspyr - does that mean they will be marketing Sims 01- 02- and 03 ? That would be a win-win situation, and from looking at the W.D. website on Pirates of the Carribean online, that would be a good thing....

I'm surprised HASBRO hasn't jumped on this already!
