Beach Life (Spring Break) question

Does anyone know how to open the cheat window in this game? I have a list of the cheat codes but have no idea how to enter them!

I'm sure you must've tried it but it looks to me like you're s'posed to hold down the right shift and alt keys and type the cheat code blind ...

Hmm I tried that I suppose it's working as well as it's going to then. I think I have the Alt+Shift bit ok, cos it does work with the $ for the extra money but the typed in ones don't seem to do anything.

Oh well. It's not a game I shall be spending a great deal of time on :D
