problems with downloading

Hello, I read a message on here with the same problem as mine....
I tried doing it 5 times and it still says ( nee expansion packs or something like that) this is bugging me! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.:confused: I do have all the sims 2 expansion packs.

Theresa this a forum for Mac computers. Do you have a Mac computer? If so it would've been helpful to have said so in the other thread you have started on the same subject. You are not helping yourself much I am afraid. We are not mind readers and I know know that you know what your problem is and that it seems tedious to type it all out in detail ... but you're gonna hafta if you want some answers that help rather just seem sarky. This isn't me being sarky, this is me trying not to be sarky. :o

Do you have the CEP? (you might need it for some recolord objects from maxis)
