sims 2 expansion new problem!

Hi,
i had a problem installing expansion(NL) every time when the instalation its finished they always tells me to update after instalation and i have to insert sims 2 disk4 and always ALWAYS on the middle on the instalation theres an error it happends everytime when i try to download patches or expansions and i cleaned the cd with a scratch repair system and the same error occurs and i went to EA pages trouble shooting i tried almost every single thing and nothing, and i really need help on this and why should there always have an update with the sims 2 disk4!?:confused: please help me!

cool :D but is it the same thing for night life? like if i open the folder after installing does it say "update" ok i will do this right now and ill come back if everything worked thanks!

nah, i went to the sims update and the same thing apears and both of them they will be updating? but the the error will always occur and i tried not to cancel it andi turned off the computer but still when i came back there where no nightlife folder:( looks like my disk4(sims2) is missing sumthing.. i dont know :(

Aw, I hate it when this happens. Please stay tuned (make sure you have enabled email notification of new posts ... maybe when the problem's been slept on someone will have a fresh perspective. :(

hehehe u dont need to worry about it worked :D but it took all day! i didnt really understand what happend but all by the suddent the game opened hehehe thanks for ur help!:D :o updating suks!:rolleyes: :D

Wat kind info do u need? I tried 2 install the open for business the way u said, it refused to work. Do u need any info abt my pc. I have attached it.
