where do I go to update my AMD Athlon XP 2400+ graphic card?

Help!!! The sims keeps saying my graphic card is incompatible. I have AMD Athlon XP 2400+ and I have no idea if I can update it to make it work. Does anybody have the same card and know were I can get the updates installed?

If you have an incompatible graphics card, you need to go to a local electronics store and buy one.

Also AMD Athlon XP 2400+ is a processor, not your graphics card.
