Perhaps as a punishment for being so vain, Brittney Upsnott nearly died last night at the mirror. The carpool came for her so I tried to exit out of "practice speech" and the game wouldn't let me! It had an X through it but she kept right on talking at the mirror while the car tooted its horn outside.
Because I don't like Brittney and everyone else was doing just fine I decided to see what would happen rather than exiting without saving. Eventually her needs got so low that she quit talking at the mirror and went to use the potty.
I then made her drive to work (I modified the apartment building to include a driveway ... they've got a cute little yellow mini cooper). She almost passed out when she got home, but she's just fine.
Oh, well. Better luck next time. :p
