Loading problems

Hey guys, just installed the Sims 2 University using a dl'ed image to back up the one I own. It goes through the opening sequence, and then I select Pleasantview (or whichever) town to play, and then as its halfway through loading the neighbourhood, the game just crashes and goes back to my desktop -- but it doesn't give any warning like 'Sims 2 has encountered an error' or anything like that, it just stops running. :mad::confused:

Any advice?

Can't help you with downloaded images because they are illegal and unlikely to work properly anyway.
