Package and upload issue

I run sims 2 on a mac. I cannot get anything loaded onto my sims page. I have followed the instructions many times. Has anyone else had these issues?

Sorry I can't help you - I also play on a Mac, and just uploaded two houses last week. Other than taking a while to figure out how to add pictures, I had no problems uploading.
