That question is beyond the scope of what we do on this site. You can't change the maternity clothes unless you use a game mod. You might have luck asking on one of the sites which have game mods for that purpose. ModTheSims2 for instance, may have information on that. Or, do as Mirelly suggests, use a search engine.
