Josh, I'm still pretty new here, and I've never run anything as big as this myself, so I can't say I know how hard you work. But you must be doing doing something right because it all runs smoothly and it's one of the nicest online communities I've ever been a part of. That tells me there's something about you and how you do things that attracts the right kind of people. Thanks for giving us such a great place!
