Where do I extract the Transmogrifier so I can edit objects?????

I have tried lots of things, how do I place it so I can edit and create objects.

Please Transmorgrifer.exe into the folder The Sims\

Default Location: C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims
Replace C as necessary to match the drive letter of installation
