Welcome to Worldsims, knowhow11 and freja! Nice to meet you. Where are you from, knowhow11? Freja, good to see another Brit on here lol. I haven't played Sims 2 for 4 months! Someone here (saying no names, JOSH...hahaha) introduced me to Maplestory and I am totally addicted! So, for the first time ever I have taken a break from simming lol. Maybe when I have bored myself silly with Maplestory I will return to Sims 2 but for now, I am happy beating the butts off all sorts of monsters.

sounds about right then! thanks for the welcome - im still awaiting my second sims2 package (after having to give up on it a year back)...it is being shipped right now, so i ought to be up and running (into problems no doubt!) in a few days time why am i drawn to the sims? er...i think it's the design aspect; i could play with building and decorating forever - and yes, the fact that the sims now have the ability to reproduce, die, etc. The 1st time i played, my pc was so slow, and this somehow managed to kill off my first ever pregnant mother she dropped dead because i couldn't get her to bed before her energy just fizzled out. i was appalled! i'd grown quite attached to her at the time. Then the death guy arrived and turned her into an urn that i could not remove from the kitchen floor. I tried everything! Each time i tried to get another sim to pick it up and take it out, they'd just collapse next to the urn and cry! aaagh! and somehow,,,with the sims, the men i choose are always lazy, i have no idea why, but they have a nervous fit every time i tell them to empty a dustbin (trashcan to you US folksp can't wait to get back to it!
