I think I would look up Mortimer Goth and steal him away from the clutches of those gold-digging Caliente Sisters. Then later, as his rich young widow, I would look up Don Lothario and give him a taste of his own medicine...Oh, and Id probably do some redecorating to brighten up that gloomy old mansion
LOL, Sacha. I hate the Goth mansion. Cassandra married Derek Dreamer and Morty married Dina C., and they both had kids, plus Alexander still lives there (I sent the Dreamer kid to college). Anyway, you'd think a mansion could accomodate them all but I had to build a back room! I've been slowly redecorating it as well. Bleah. Malcolme L.'s mansion in Bluewater village is decorated similarly. Spraypaint would improve it, IMHO.
In my original Goth family (Pre-GBFBVFS), Cassandra married Don Lothario, and Mortimer almost fell for the wiles of Dina Calliente. The free ride ended for Don and Dina, however, when Cassandra discovered them in flagrante, and sent them packing! She then consoled herslf with Derek Dreamer, who left his then teenage son to fend for himself. One thing I will say about the Cassandra-Don match, however, is they produced really gorgeous children! Hmm - I wonder if those good genes would carry over to other children of Don's, or if it was just the Goth-Lothario combination. I wonder if I woke up in the game, would my sim-self experiment, or just send the bounder packing!
Simple - I would have a baby. A 3-day pregnancy sounds awesome to me, and if it's twins even better! 2 for the price of one pregnancy! And my figure would go back to being slim and trim just seconds after giving birth! I would also make the most of the snow - we just don't get enough where I live.
Hey hugz, sweetheart, I think you need to recalculate. A sim lives for 80 days so a sim pregnancy is 3/80 of her life ... even she spends her full (childless) 27 extra days at university, that's still 3/107 of a lifetime (that's 2.8%!) The real-life human proprotion is less than 1% ... unless of course you want to live as fast as a sim as well ... in which case, can I have your wedding cake? LOL
/me bops Mirelly Of course, I would be drinking the Elixir of Life to maintain my youth. None of my simmies actually die in my game. They are forever young.
I would most definitely go and change my hair to some really cool hair-doo (maybe I'd go for one of them mohawks ?). Then I'd play in the tub, being the geek that I am  and THEN I'd pass out on the floor from lack of sleep - strange I know because I had just woke up from a good nights sleep. But hey, playing in the tub can be hard work! Couldn't help noticing that you wrote the 'wonderful world of the sims'. Sure, the sim world could be wonderful. I could be rich with no effort at all. But I could also be horribley poor. No sleep, I'm starving, my furniture keeps getting taken away because I can't pay the bills, my job is (literally) killing me. And another thing that just hit me. I wouldn't be able to really do anything if I woke up in the sim world because I'm not the one choosing what to do. The person playing the game would. So actually the sim world wouldn't be so wonderful at all.
Hey Grimmy! Whats going on? How's life? Heh heh...yeah I guess that isn't funny, youre right. Did I offend you? I did? Oh sorry. *thinks to himself, how do you offend Death?* You got to go? Work? Man you never catch a break do you? Well knock em dead Grimmy. Heh.
mainichi I'd make out with big smoochy sounds; play Rock, Raper, Scissors for hours; eat lots of macaroni and cheese; spy on my neighbors with my telescope; play that amazingly fun party game; kick a lot of gnomes; go to my wonderful community lot called Vista de Nada which has every fun thing a Sim desires; stay poor and free, that's me
Just thought of something else. I would really enjoy getting out of the shower and having my hair dried/ styled/ straightened instantly. In real life it takes far too long.
Yeah! Heh, the better gender, ummm I mean the ladies p) certainly would appreciate hair and make-up being done instantly. I know I would.
I was just about to post that myself! Not to mention the morning sickness only last one day for them! And if you know immediately if you're pregnant because you hear that lullaby! How much simpler that would be! -- Don't hear a lullaby, hop back into bed or have another go in the hot tub! And the labor looks pretty short too. And loving the body image immediately after birth! And I'm also with you, I'd be drinking the green stuff so it would be a short span for me as well!
Hehe, yep, the labour does seem very short in Sims 2, perfect. That's the part I'm having trouble with in real life. It would be great to go to sleep, wake up and it's all over. LOL
Have to admit that the recovery of one's figure after delivery is a major boon for sims. I still stick to the proportionate method for deciding that a Sim's pregnancy is 3 years long. Even if you live for ever using elixir of life 3 years 'up the duff' is still 3 years 'up the duff' I'll leave that sort of fun to the elephants, thank you very much
hi i would be a family sim and have 10 children (i hope to have a really big family in real life) i then want to be in the paranormal career, but whilst on maternity leave i will tend to my garden and help my toddlers speak and walk. i would love to be a sim as someone had said earlier, i too have also had those 'sim dream', it was pretty cool though and sometimes when i am really distressed i shout 'Shooflee' which is emabrrassing if in a public place lol the sims 2 is the best
