What to do...

When i've build over the whole lot? No more space to build in other words. What do you do then?

 

Play the game LOL.
No just joking. you can always build up.

 

How?

 

Remove the roof and add new floors. Put in stair cases. Look at some two or three story houses.

Didn't quite get what you ment there odinmoon, but i see what you thought now

 

You can still try to change low density zones for high density ones in residential areas first (make sure your roads can handle it first). After that, do the same to commercial areas. If you have some dirty or manufacturing industries, do the same (watch for pollution). If it's already all at done.... There's nothing much you can do... maybe.... save your game and have fun with disasters....

Or if you have Rush Hour... do the missions...
