first impressions The tutorial is very clear, the graphics and general feel of the game is great. I like how the control works a few things I want to know 1. so far the default attack is bind to the right and left click button is it possible to bind an ability to another button? 2. is it possible to have numerical display for health and power bars 3. can this game be ran in windowed mode? (cant see it in settings) the editor is quite nice however only gripe is the wait time when you do a repaint. I think i went a bit overboard and manage to crashed the game so I am here to make my first impression comment. Overall so far I believe this game have a lot of potential to be fun.
played up to 2-1 so far the most exciting thing would be what squad to form for pve and pvp as the squad abilite combination will be amazing. might make a double ravage + sentinel with ghost squad with ride the ligtning+chrono blink as double teleport and ghost to be immune to damage for 6 seconds. question regarding the mini map. any way to bring up the whole map of the lv or is that not possible?
I'm guessing the switch -w works for windowed mode? I found that to be the small irritation...unable to use the minimap and click and jump to a point of reference. Also, I haven't found a way to make the entire map pop up but I'm guessing it's on purpose since it is suppose to be an 'adventure' per-se.
So far so good. The minimap looks great, although I couldn't enlarge it. Maybe for the final release. Ran into a few instances where everyone would disappear and I would have to hunt them down blindly. Loot was nice as well. Would be nice to have a few different weapons types for each hero. Ran smooth as butter on my machine, and I cranked my video card settings through the roof. Vsync was suspiciously missing tho. Had to force it my card settings. Ran better after. Thought the shin and detail painting could have been better. Hopefully everything hasn't been implemented yet, we shall c. Stayed up long hours playin this, look forward to more. Thanks again for giving me this opportunity!
oh noes its over. so some feedback 1. selling/buying seem to be a bit clunky, and i d hope they can do a better equipment interface 2. i hope that cognitor(sp) level would matter more than just hero unlock and upgrade purchase, i really hope they would make a mastery tree or something similar for u to put points in and improve certain aspect of all heroes. (eg damage/speed/defense) so you can make more specialised squad. 3. sentinel/ravager/tempest seems slightly unbalanced as strength also increase hp and mind increase power. and in pve sentinel seems way too powerful. 4. power gets used up too fast and regenerate too slow which means a lot of parts unless u constant switch you rely on auto attack a lot till u get a power drop. 5. each stage seem a bit too short but maybe the later ones are a bit longer. (are the terran randomised each attempt, i didnt pay enough attention) 6. paint is still way too slow and so is switching heroes in the editing interface bugwise didnt encounter many game breaking ones on my play through, 1 oblesk i couldnt access was it. game sometimes lagged a bit but that happens. very looking forward to play the more polished full version, and thanks for the opportunity to beta test.
One thing I've noticed is that the single player campaign like 1-4 seems impossible to beat when you're playing solo, but when you're playing as a team, it's too easy. Hmm..
I'm thinking the game still needs a lot more polishing, like being able to click on odd spots on the maps and having the creature go.
