Celebration! Stuff I just bought Celebration Stuff, and here are the things on it if some of ya are unsure of buying it. Lady Hair- 4 styles Guy Hair- 0 styles Guy Formal- 5 Fits Lady Formal- 22 Fits Dining Chairs- 5 Tables- 3 Plants- 5 Statues- 6 Wall Hangings- 10 Mirrors- 1 Stoves- 1 new grill Lamps- 1 Rugs- 1 Wall Lamps- 2 Hanging Lamps- 1 Party Suff- 13 Some of these may be 1 or maybe 2 off, forgive me if I'm wrong. I think this sp is worth it.
Why is it that guys get so few things like hair and clothes in this game? I'm always searching for good outfits or hairstyles and they are extremely hard to find. And EA/Maxis doesn't seem to have much imagination when it comes to outfitting guys. A gazillion clothes and hairstyles for the girls. Jeans, T-shirts and the ubiquitous shaggy-dog hair for the guys. Sheesh. Just venting here. I don't expect anything except sympathy. I've already visited most of the fan sites, like Seomi Sims, SimCribbling, MTS2 and other places.
Lynet, I feel like you do. However, it's probably the same reason why there are tons of magazines for women's hair and clothes, but only very few for men's. For example, going to a book/magazine store to find a "100 new hairstyles for men" is not something you'd find, but at the bookstore where I go, they usually have 3-5 of them at any one time for women. And finding a magazine for men, you get "Vogue for men" (which has more articles than it does clothes, with even the ads being more for accessories than menswear) and "Details", compared with teh dozens of women's fashion magazines.
I actually think I enjoy stuff packs best. I think that I am going to buy celebrations stuff cause it seems to have a lot of stuff!
