hello. I so need trying to resolve an issue with my game playing. I just moved my family to new home, while on the build and buy mode screen my screen dimmed, and the box below where all your options are turned black so i could not see each of the menu names visibly but if i move my mouse around the names actually highlight. does anyone know what happened? i thought by starting a new game would help but didn't. i'm also having a problem with a scene on late night where i clicked on for elevator and wont come down and all my sims are in lobby waiting for elevator. how did that happen? please, if anyone can help i would really appreciate it, because i really dont want to re-install all games over again. thanks
The screen dimming sounds like a video card issue. Is is perhaps an older card or could it be that it was getting too hot? Sorry, I don't have an answer for the elevator problem.
