Omie gawd... I lost my life... I now have a Sims2 binder.... with all my family trees in it. Its Black and has a pug sticker on it. LOL Amestris was getting too complicated... Anyone else have a confession?
I'm not writing a story but I do have a notebook that I keep at my computer with general notes in it. For example: I have one romance sim with a LTW of 20 different woohoos, so I'm keeping a list of who he has and has not yet woohoo'd with I have a list of all the toddlers/kids/teenagers in the neighborhood, because I like to teleport them in for birthday parties and I always forget some The flu went around my hood, so I had a list of who was sick,and they got crossed off when they got better Also I have a family tree spreadsheet in Excel and a rotation list in Word.
I have this handy dandy little program downloaded onto my computer. I love it. I do have to write some of the stuff down though to keep track of it in order to input it correctly. It's a database that you can download to you computer, and add in pictures of your sims, their personality, who they are with, their family trees...it's nice. And it's free! http://sims2db.com/
That's a very good project, Shana. I've beenn watching it like a hawk. The next version, due out soon, will have the ability to import data from SimPE, at a stroke cutting out all the data entry ... sheesh, I am lazy, aren't I?
Cool.... now I can keep track of things without leave little pieces of paper laying around the computer, which my husband hates.
I have a spreadsheet that already captures a lot of that, but not in nearly as nice a format. I may have to download it when I've got some time to kill.
I have a notebook with each family tree and branch, and short bio's of each sim. That's not sick, that's just normal.
