Ahh! It won't load! The Sims 2 will not load when I put in the disk. When I put in the disk, nothing happens. I click on the icon I have on desktop, and it looks like it's about to start, but then it just stays like that. Then if I try to open any other program that wasn't up before, like Internet Explorer or Paint, it doesn't open until I take out the Sims 2 disk. Also, when I take out the disk, it DOES say, "Please ensure the Sims 2 Nightlife disk is in the drive, select OK, and restart the application." I opened the task manager while what was going on in the first picture was happening, and it only said the 2 Internet Explorer things I had up, and the Paint thing I had up, but not Sims 2 Nightlife. Also, I think when my brother tried to load Battlefield 2 earlier, the same thing happened. The last time I played Sims 2 Nightlife was last night, and I was uploading my Legacy story to the Exchange. Did that cause this?
Let's all take a look at Person's brain: It looks large and working, but inside is... Yes, after restarting the computer, it started to load again. No idea what happened, but all that matters is that it works. Gosh, I'm stupid.
http://forums.worldsims.org/showthread.php?t=7020 Another situation where restarting saved a life. Mine, as usual. You didn't overreact and write a big long speech about how Mirelly is fab though (even though she is) whereas I wrote a BOOK about the fabbiness of Josh. (Which by the way honey is still true. I guess. ) Nice diagrams, by the way.
However, on following the link myself and reading properly I realised that it is useless to you. Unless you've read all the story threads and just want some bedtime reading.
Haha, yeah, I was remembering that thread while I was posting. We must be cut from the same cookiecutter...is that the actual expression/idiom/whatever it is? I think it must be something else, but I like cookies, so I think we should all use that from now on.
