Moving TS2 to a new computer

Just got a new computer finally. I've searched for this but can't find it how can I move my saved neighborhoods over to the new computer? I printed out some instructions when I thought I was getting a new computer months ago but seem to have lost them. Now that I need them I can't find them on here either.

Saved neighborhoods are located in: My Docs, EA Games, The Sims 2, Neighborhoods.

Although it may be easier to just copy the whole EA Games folder so you get your downloads and everything else.

Well I don't want to do that really because I've changed the direction of Pleasantview. So I just want to move my custom hoods and my downloads folder. But is that all I need to move? I haven't really written any stories about the different families but would I still need to move the story folders or are they contained in the neighborhood folder?

Family stories are saved in the neighborhood folders but some pics would get saved in the root folder's storytelling folder:

If you don't want to keep some hood's then just delete them before copying them over. By default:

    Pleasantview is N001
    Starngetown is N002
    Veronaville is N003
and The Starship Enterprise is NCC 1701 (-ish) :)p)

If you haven't messed with the naming then they won't have changed those numbers, but I accept no responsibility for errors I have no control over ;)
