My sims just keeps crashing! This has only started since i installed it onto my new computer and it worked on my old one fine. Now, what happens is when the game loads everything is fine exept the graphics are a lil disorted. When i click on a house with a custom made family in it the family's photo will not come up when its loading the house, its just blank! and when your actually in the house, the little pictures on the left that show what sim you are using will not show up either. Also, i cannos save anything, if i try to save a house or a game after i have played it, it just freezes an i have to reset my computer. Another problem i am having is the screen size for the game. I have a 15" screen and when im playing it sais it set to the smaller size witch is right but when im playing the game the 2 botton task bars cannot be displayed at the same time because the screen has been set to a bigger size or something. I talked to my grandfather and he said that i would need a better video card, but we looked into that and thats not the case. Please i really am addicted to this game and i am dying without it!

We can easily fix your problem (probably) but not without knowing some serious detail. Read the FAQs and they will talk you through what you need to know and do. OK?
