Unknown Harry Potter Theme Anyone know the full name of this track? It was used in the Promo during Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Hmmm - I did not recognize it. I can tell you this, however...It is probably NOT from the Harry Potter Movie score. Usually, when these promos are created, the movie score has not been recorded yet, so they will use music from an entirely DIFFERENT film for the promo...For example, music from the GLADIATOR soundtrack was used for promos for TROY and, I think, also for KINGDOM OR HEAVEN. I've heard them use music from HOOK, HOME ALONE, and JURASSIC PARK (all John WIlliams scores, by the way) in promos for completely unrelated films. Sorry I couldn't help with this particular song - I'm usually pretty good at figuring it out - but this one is unfamilar to me.... PS - It could be from another Patrick Doyle soundtrack, but I don't think so...I've collected a lot of his work, and I'm pretty sure that this song is not on any of the Doyle soundtracks I have...
