You have to go and hang out downtown at night. Verious people have had one of the two resident vampires show up regularly at one joint or another. With my game it was the bowling alley. With someone else's game it was Rodney's. It varies. Once you've befriended a vampire enough to call him on the phone you try to get him to visit. Then the trick is to get one sim to influence him into biting another sim in the household. One time I had a playable sim bitten spontaneously while downtown. I didn't happen to be playing that sim at the time. I went into his household later and had to buy him a coffin and put him to bed in it because it was the middle of the day.

LOL, Michelle. Actually, Kimblee, the cow plant feeds herself. If you don't put a fence around it the passersby and visitors to the house will be attracted to it when it holds a slice of cake out on its tongue. They try to grab the cake and get eaten instead.
