Yep, called an engergizer, and it's an aspiration reward. It kind of looks like an old science experimental thing-a-mabob (okay, I have no clue how to describe the thing), near the end of the aspiration rewards. Just make sure you're in gold or platnium before using it!
Yeah it's one of the aspiration rewards that come with the base game. They stand in a tub of water and get electrocuted. As that's happening you can see their bars go up to green but as Jupitershana said they have to be in at least gold aspiration first. Bad things happen if your sim isn't in gold or platinum when using an aspiration reward object. Ruth
another way to do it is to download a 'magic' espresso machine you can find one here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=141445 i dont like them cos it takes away the challenge of the game, but my boyfriend is very keen on his, he finds it hard to manage even just 2 sims, while i usually put 6 or 8 in a house if i want a challenge! best thing about it is it doesnt use aspiration points, which you will need if you want your sim to be an adult for more than 29 days good luck caduto

The download link doesnt work, their server is down. About the espresso machine, will they be addicted to it (like the previous version)? Does it still make them look like they have parkinsons disease (like the real espressso machine)? If so, how/where can I fix that? would a modder be kind enough to do it for me? Did you check your PM's Mirelly? Sorry for so many questons...
