Code on the CD doesnt work I was trying to install Sims2 Nightlife and the code on the back of the CD case didn't work now it wont load in, what can I do ? Also I had Sims2 University but I lost the case and code to that one, do I have to buy a new one just because I lost a number?

The number is part of the game. You only really need it to get started ... or if things go wrong. You need to consider ways to take better care of your stuff. You will have to pay but not the full cost. You will have to wait for the mail though. Buying a new game is quicker. Looking after the original case, disc and code book is even quicker and cheaper. If you have so many games that you cannot store them all in a single drawer then I think maybe you have too much money ... Oops. Forgot to explain this bit. If you have lost the code then your complaint is that the disc is faulty and need a replacement. Note that replacement means you are sending back the old one. Be sure to specifically ask for a new code with the replacement disc.
