Any one still in love with SuperNES and the classics?

I love Super Mario Bros., and when i saw the previews for the new Super Mario Bros game for Nintendo DS it totally made my day! It's a classic remade with modern graphics and It sooo made me wish I had money to buy a DS. Oh well maybe I'll by it half price someday when there's another console out. That's what i always do, but I really want that game! :eek:ptimist:

I found three legible words in your post yy ;) N64 is the best! practically indestructible and awesome graphics for the time. I remember spending many a night sat in front of one :)

    Bassoonist Bassoons rock!

N64 is probably my favorite time, but I enjoyed some games on the SNES like Yoshi's Island. I remember playing that game when I was really young.

Never got a chance to enjoy the NES, but I did grow up on an SNES, N64, Gamecube, Gameboy Color, GBA, and now DS and Wii. I'm a Nintendo Fan for life :D

Although my favorite games were Harvest Moon for N64 (or was it for SNES?), Donkey Kong 1-3 on SNES (even though a lot of people can't stand it, I loved DKC3 and the hidden island), Banjo Kazooie, DK64 and a lot more!

I am going to have to agree with the N64 fans! I have been a gamer since the Intellivision (that's right, pre-atari!), and loved the NES, Sega Genesis, etc., but the N64 seems to have stood out on it's own! There was never a better multiplayer game than Goldeneye, and the N64 was absolutely perfect for racing games with it's awesome controller.

In regards to NES . . . well that's one thing that I love about the Wii, because I can download a lot of my old favorites . . . and I don't have to blow into the cartridge every time I want to play them now! :coolnessl:

I'll never forget the good old Commander Keen Age. It was a classic video game series.

I have a super nes and love it to death I am bringing back the old days sitting on my bed when I get my children off to bed and playing mario 3...(what a great game) I have many games but always play my all stars. I was wondering if anyone had an idea where I might be able to get a book on the information about the games on here.. I have been playing mario 3 and have been going crazy trying to remember everything and what everything is for and where everything is. I have checked many sites online and haven't come up with a lot. Like what's the diffrence between the regular tail and the racoon. What's the cloud used for... ect. I love my nes and also have a sega genisus/ playstaion 1&2 and an xbox. But my boys, dad, & friends use the others and I keep the nes in my room like the good ol' days... I have like 19 games for my nes and 18 for the sega, 12 playstation 1, 22 for playstation2 and 7 for xbox. Yet I just want to win my mario again... thnx for your help..
